Shipping and Returns

Below, you'll find general policies related to shipping, returns, and exchanges. If what is outlined below doesn't apply to your situation or you have a question, please feel free to contact me directly!  

Shipping Policy FAQ

When will I receive my order? 

We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The time of item arrival will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout, which are provided immediately below. 

What are my shipping options and how much does it cost?

We use the "USPS calculated rate" service. The USPS calculator provides approximate shipping rates based on the type of package and service you use, and shipping to and from addresses - meaning the rates are tailored to each order. Available services are: First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Please note that some package restrictions may apply. 

Does Te D'sura ship internationally? 

At present, we only ship within the United States.

What is the cost of shipping for returns?

It depends on the situation, but in most cases, the purchaser will pay the shipping cost for a return. Please review the section below to learn more about returns and feel free to contact me with any questions. 

What if something happens to my item while it is in transit? 

At checkout, when determining the USPS service you will use to ship, the amount of insurance coverage that is automatically provided will be listed. Please ensure you select a shipping option with this in mind, if this is a concern for you, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Return, Exchange, and Repair Policy

If you need to return a Te D'sura item, please see the below general policies. Please contact me with any further questions or if the below information is not applicable to your situation! 


Return Scenario #1: If you have changed your mind about your purchase of a Te D'sura product, you are welcome to return it for a full refund if ALL of the below conditions are met:

  1. You return the item within 30 days of receiving it based on the original proof of purchase you provide

  2. You pay return shipping

  3. You return it in a "new" and "unused" condition with all pieces intact. (I will evaluate it upon arrival)

  4. You email me to confirm your return. This essentially acts as your Return Authorization (RA) and this way, I can be looking out for it. Note: Please also consider purchasing additional protections for your item (for example, delivery confirmation, usps insurance, etc.) as I unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. 


Once the item arrives and I have evaluated its condition, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Return Scenario #2: If you wish to return a Te D'sura product because of a flaw in its make within 30 days, please email me directly with photos and a description of the issue and we can work out a fair solution that is most appropriate for your scenario. 

Please note: Items originally received as gifts and sent back in "like new" condition will be eligible for store credit. Items are not eligible for a return more than 30 days after original purchase.
