Ready for Your Leap of Faith?

To experience what you want in your life, all parts of you need to be integrated and in alignment…The new ones, the old ones, the ones you love already and the ones you’re still learning to love.

This leap of faith (in *yourself*) takes huge courage.

But it’s worth it because once you manage it, and all parts of you are working together, there’s no more unconscious self-sabotage, no more mixed signals, and above all, your nervous system and “container” (body) feel safe enough to receive what your mind is asking for.

Sounds a little too good to be true and maybe even out of reach, right? Fair enough. This type of self-inquiry isn’t easy, in part because most of us aren’t taught how. What we do learn is how to hide who is actually in there and then over time, we simply forget. And then it becomes easier to remain in hiding because when we fully embody ourselves, what isn’t aligned falls away and this can be very painful. I will be the first to tell you, there IS a cost.

But what is the cost of remaining hidden? If you’re still reading this, maybe you’ve decided it’s still a price worth paying. I’m biased, but I’ll tell you that it is.
