Thanks to all those who attended these monthly recurring virtual gatherings earlier this year! We're back for a special December edition, which will feature an exciting collaboration between myself and friend, colleague, and fellow sound therapist, Ana Lucia Divins (of Divins Music) as well as our collective cocreation!
Basic information:
The word "Sangha" is a Sanskrit word meaning "community" "organization", or "assembly". This series of monthly virtual gatherings is an opportunity to come together and lift our voices and hearts in sacred sound (mantras, medicine music, etc.), conscious movement, and meditation, with time at the end to discuss related news and events from our respective global communities.

We will be welcoming special collaborator and sound therapist Ana Lucia Divins and musician Matt DeCapo on percussion. Agenda to follow closer to the day of the session, but come ready for some gentle movement, meditation, sounding, singing, and chanting!
