INNER BLOOM: A Women’s Retreat of Voice, Embodiment, & the Feminine Arts
4-Night Onsite Retreat + Post-Event Virtual Integration Immersion
The qualities of the feminine are radical love, which is lived and expressed through the body and grounded in the wise earth. She is emotion in motion, infused with sensuality and the fluid quality of water, manifesting and dancing with the ever-evolving flow of life. With her sound, the feminine awakens the primordial and the present; she uses the gift of the voice to express, to name, to enchant, and to celebrate her power as the Creatrix.
Your voice remembers what you may have forgotten. It reflects patterns and beliefs and carries pure medicine: your authentic expression, creativity and true personal power.
The Inner Bloom is a retreat for women who wish to deepen into their own presence. Not through fixing yourself or becoming “more” of anything, but by dropping in, listening, and reclaiming what is already here. Not by pushing, but by landing more fully in yourself.
The sisterhood and wisdom circle that emerges when women gather in this way becomes a living field of feminine power. Many experience this as a remembering of long-forgotten knowing and a profound sense of coming home. Within our bodies lives a deep, sensual wisdom and an untamed intelligence — one that nourishes and liberates us, strengthens us, and allows us to experience an Inner Bloom.
Over four days together, we will explore voice, singing, movement, dance, ritual, tantric and womb-based practices, and creative feminine arts as pathways to reconnect with the ancient wisdom of womanhood and the body’s innate intelligence.
Onsite Programming:
Over the course of our time together onsite, we will work with:
Voicing, sound healing & singing
Embodiment, healing movement & dance
Womb work & feminine practices
Ritual & creative exploration
Nature & sisterhood
1 month guided integration starting at the event and extending afterwards
A WhatsApp group for pre and post-event coordination and connection
There is space for movement and rest, for sound and silence, for celebration and prayer. A space to feel, to discover, to express, and to be witnessed — free from performance or pressure. This is an open invitation to let your voice, your movement, your prayer — whether spoken, sung, danced, or simply felt — arise from a deeper, profoundly intimate place.
Workshop Cost (Onsite programming + 2 post-event somatic integration sessions):
Early Bird until June 15th : 700-800 euros sliding scale / 700 for Portuguese nationals
After June 15th until the event: 800-900 euros sliding scale / 800 for Portuguese nationals
(Note: accommodations not included —- please see below for details and available selection)
Post-event Integration & Programming:
In addition to the emphasis on integration you will experience at the event itself, after returning home, you are invited to attend two additional live somatic integration sessions open to all retreat attendees and included in the workshop price, to further facilitate reflection, embodiment, and reconnection with each other.
These two points of connection are supported by an (optional but recommended) 30-day integration experience designed by Kristi and available for purchase before or during the event to gently nurture insights long-term and soften your post-retreat landing. Just like the onsite immersion, this self-paced experience is led by the body, and incorporates tools and activities related to:
conscious movement
guided visualization
daily mindfulness
sound immersion/baths
vocal sounding
nervous system regulation tips
Tailored for this specific group and designed for everyday life, this immersion will offer a soft container for being within the rhythm of doing, helping you explore what it is to weave a body-centered approach into your daily life for ongoing connection with ALL the parts of you that deserve your love.
Cost for Integration Immersion: 50 - 75 euros sliding scale (a special deeply discounted price available only to attendees of this retreat)

Our Team:
Raaji Amankay has walked an adventurous path in the last 35 years, traveling to many parts of the world, living in different places, and studying and practicing the many things she is passionate about. Besides her love and education in music, contemporary dance and art, her wish to work with people in a supportive way led her to learn several healing modalities. She is trained in Cranio Sacaral therapy, Shiatsu, Massage, Reiki, Trauma Healing / Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine) , Continuum Movement and much more. For several years she traveled to India and practiced yoga, meditation and the eastern spiritual traditions.
In 1999 she moved to live in Costa Rica and is one of the pioneers in building the Pachamama Eco Village. There she met the "earth ways" of the South American continent and learnt from shamans, grandmothers and curanderos. Plant medicines, indigenous ceremonies and the ancient ways initiated Raaji into the healing power of music and the voice. Currently she is learning from Shaman Andrea Kalff. Together with her partner she offers tantric retreats since 2008 around conscious relating and sacred sexuality. Through her own practices she fell in love with womb wisdom, the feminine mysteries and the unique field that happens when women come together. That's how the Red Temple workshop series was born.
Today Raaji Amankay also shares her offerings as a sound healer, ceremonial singer and song writer and is the Drum Chief of the Moon Dance Switzerland. She combines her knowledge and her experience in the sessions and retreats she is holding in Pachamama/ Costa Rica and in Europe.
Kristen Rogeria is a somatic, sound, and voice practitioner, musician, and multimedia artist devoted to embodied integration in everyday life, bridging science and spirit through lived, body-based practice. She supports people navigating major life transitions and transformative experiences to embody the shift by reconnecting with their body’s wisdom, reclaiming hidden parts of themselves, and realigning their lives with their inner truth. Through Te de Sura Studio—born from the idea of “treasure from trash” (tesoro + basura)—Kristi offers interdisciplinary workshops, 1x1 coaching, and immersive experiences that weave together sound, voice, movement, and somatic practice from diverse cultural and healing traditions, turning insight into lived, sustainable change.
Classically trained in music until age 18, she entered a nearly 20-year period of expressive silence following a series of major life events, ultimately rediscovering music and her soul song through intuitive voice and freeform dance. This lived experience of transformation now informs her work with others. Kristi divides her time between Kansas City, Missouri and Trinidad, Colorado, where she shares her work via various workshops, retreats, and community initiatives, and Guarda, Portugal, where she collaborates with a local university to lead VIBES, a therapeutic sound research initiative focused on community empowerment, collaboration, and real-world impact.
