Easy to digest but deeply reflective, and highlighting the importance of both body and mind, this 7-page mini e-book (page 1 is shown here) highlights 5 truths of embodied integration that I have observed as a specialist in this field, but are seldomly discussed, OR even fly in the face of the conventional wisdom on the topic. It’s important to me to get this information out there, so I’ve made this ridiculously inexpensive, especially considering that some of what I share came in the form of costly lessons for me personally…lessons from following my own thread, in other words!
