Sacred Sounds Global Community Sangha

The word "Sangha" means "community" "organization", or "assembly" in Sanskrit. For ages now, I've dreamed of creating a recurring event to bring together the amazing human beings I've met across the globe to lift our voices and hearts in sacred sound (mantras, medicine music, etc.), conscious movement, and meditation, with time at the end to discuss related news and events from our respective global communities.

For this first one, I'll be providing a guided somatic meditation and short related talk, we'll chant a mantra or two together (likely kirtan (call and response), given Zoom limitations) and then we'll talk about what we'd like to include in these meetings in the future.

I definitely view this as a community co-creation and it's just a jumping off point! Please do bring your ideas and also feel free to invite others!

The event is donation-based through Eventbrite, so please use THIS LINK to register and grab the access info for the meeting!
