Thanks to all those who attended the first of these gatherings! We'll meet on a monthly basis moving forward and each one will have a slightly different "flavor" depending on who facilitates!

The word "Sangha" is a Sanskrit word meaning "community" "organization", or "assembly". This series of monthly virtual gatherings is an opportunity to come together and lift our voices and hearts in sacred sound (mantras, medicine music, etc.), conscious movement, and meditation, with time at the end to discuss related news and events from our respective global communities.

The agenda for the July session is TBD while I confirm the activities for this session and who will facilitate for us...exciting! Stay tuned!

Also, please note that this is not a class and is instead a gathering among friends, as well as a true co-creation! I hope that you will bring your ideas and invite others who you think would be interested!
