Attending a retreat, ceremony, or workshop, is a little like learning how to drive.
Ideally, the would-be driver goes to a safe, open space without distractions, obstacles, other people, and with guidance as they explore their new skills, which are eventually integrated and taken out onto the open road to help them navigate in the the day to day.
Here’s where that metaphor breaks down, however, because many event attendees don’t have a clear pathway for integration once they leave the safe incubator of their event, so their powerful insights are left in the parking lot, unrealized.
That’s the gap that I’m ready to help you fill.
