What to Expect

In this experiential Learning Lab, we’ll explore the art, practice, and responsibility of guiding sound journeys through the lens of Sacred Play.

First half:

Grounded teaching + discussion around best practices

• Creating safe, intentional containers

• Working with intuition & presence

• Instrument selection & sequencing

• Navigating energy, emotion & group dynamics

• Space for questions + real scenario exploration

Second half:

Embodied exploration

• Hands-on practice with instruments

• Space to experiment, attune, and play

• Both receiving and offering sound

• Supportive environment with guidance and feedback
